Did you know...?

1. Some commentators predict that internet access from handheld devices is due to overtake desktop access in the next 2 or 3 years.

2. A recent report states that 46m people in the US now make multiple visits to social media sites daily (and we know everything starts stateside).

3. A recent Hays survey has found that nearly half of UK professionals use social networking sites regularly in a professional capacity.

Therefore I would like to pose these questions to you:-

1. Have you ensured your web inventory works successfully and simply over smart phones?

2. Do you have a progressive social media strategy?

3. Do you have a full online recruitment process?

If the answer is yes to those basic questions then it's a safe bet you are aware of the latest digital trends and your business is maximising them.

However, having run breakfast seminars recently to share our experiences in the digital and social media world (after all it is estimated that around 30% of all online activity is recruitment related), there was many a blank face when those three questions were posed.

So change those answers to yes without delay! As the trend is only one way...
